SLEEP ODDITIES EP (2025)
Following their fourth album “DELTA” released in 2024, The Belgian art-rock collective THOT will take you again on a journey into new sonic territories. From the acoustic version of Sleep Oddity, filmed in Prague with multi-award Czech singer Lenka Dusilova, to the bewitching solo piano version of Supercluster or the intimate performance of their hit single Hüzün with singers of polyphonic choir “The Mystery of The Bulgarian Voices”, you’ll find yourself again wandering between dark waves and luminous heights.

DELTA (2024)
A band existing in constant flux, THOT seem to thrive in the tumult of modern life and ‘Delta’, their first long form release since 2017’s breathtaking ‘FLEUVE’, is an even more ambitious musical melting pot of the people, places, spaces and times that have helped define the band to date. Released on 10th May 2024 through Berlin’s Pelagic Records.

Written, arranged, recorded and documented between late 2019 and 2023 by Fray alongside THOT collaborators Lukas Melville, Gil Chevingé, Stéphane Fedele, Anaïs Elba, Michael Thiel and Juliette Mauduit; ‘Delta’ is as much a product of the band’s past as it is their present, also featuring a true collaboration with the women of ‘Le Mystère des Voix Bulgares’, an iconic Bulgarian traditional polyphonic choir previously sampled by THOT as well as the voice of award-winning Czech singer-songwriter Lenka Dusilová, who Fray met by chance through friends on the road. The album is a shifting collage of people, places, past and present, all stirred by THOT’s renowned grasp of cinematic, post-rock dynamics and cold-wave electronic orchestration.

FLEUVE – THE TRIBUTARIES (2019)
A collection of b-sides and remixes from THOT’s latest record, FLEUVE (released in October 2017 on Weyrd Son Records). Navigating between harsh manipulation and alternative versions, this EP is a gift to the band’s fans community and is to stream/buy exclusively on Bandcamp from December 27th.

FLEUVE (2017)
“The river that everything drags is known as violent, but nobody calls violent the margins that arrest her.”
This quote from Bertolt Brecht is the best way to portray FLEUVE, the devastating new album of belgian outfit THOT. Produced by Magnus Lindberg (Cult of Luna) and engineered in live circumstances, FLEUVE features 9 songs built around a powerful drums/bass/guitar trio, on which passionate vocals, heavy synths, clarinet laments and bulgarian choirs melt together perfectly. Thereby, FLEUVE is a luminous ode to the european continent and its cultural history, to nature’s immuable inspiration, to women and transcendance.
